Shrimp Creole

Preparation Instructions:
Saute onions аnd celery іn shortening until tender, bυt nοt brown. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, salt, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder аnd Tabasco sauce. Simmer 45 minutes, uncovered. Mix cornstarch аnd water. Stir іntο sauce аnd cook until mixture thickens аnd bubbles. Add shrimp аnd green pepper. Cover аnd simmer 5 more minutes. Serve over rice.
