Their tea is really good but not their quality control… When you get a box of 24 k-cups and 14 of them don’t have lids on them and the tea is all over the place you sure can’t use them with you Keurig k-cup coffee machine. And they wouldn’t do anything about it at Gloria Jeans, just rudely told my daughter-in-law to take it up with Amazon.com!!! Well, I did go to Amazon.com about it and talked with a very nice young man, Tony. He refunded the price that was paid for the order and was very gracious. Thank you Tony @ Amazon.com customer service and thank you Amazon.com.

I ordered (4) boxes of this tea recently because it was on sale (2 boxes of 25 each for $18.00). The price was right, but I was a bit disappointed as when the tea arrived today, there were no dates stamped on any of the boxes, leading me to wonder “How old is this tea”? I did try a cup, and while it is not terrible, it is not great either. It is not as good as other K-Cup English Breakfast teas I have purchased in the past.
So without a date, and without trying Gloria Jean’s tea previously, I’m going to conclude, it may not be so much the brand, as it is the freshness. Somewhat disappointing, as ALL K-Kup coffees and teas that I’ve purchased in the store, have date stamps on the box.

Some type of k-cup tea, which tasted quite good, had come with a variety pack that was purchased with our Keurig coffee maker. Though I use the Keurig mainly for coffee, I decided to try ordering some English Breakfast tea, and Gloria Jean’s was the only brand I noticed via Amazon. It’s not unpleasant, but rather on the weak side, even when we use the least-water brew setting. I’m sure many of their products are good.
