I ordered the Cafe Escapes Milk Chocolate Hot Cocoa KCups for Keurig Brewers, and I reieved a phone call from a very nice man who then informed me that there was a problem with my order as well as other orders, because he had a pipe burst in his warehouse, and the product was now destroyed. Now you have to understand that no place else has any of these in stock, so I was pretty dissapointed, but this wonderful man had just shipped some of these to amazon for them to sell and he then ordered these for me! What can I say, but that when I answered the phone I never thought that I would get the bad news that I was told and then have this great man do everything in his power to make it right for me and I am sure so many others who were and will be affected by this whole thing. These are the best hot cocoa for the keurig, but they can be had for 10-12 elsewhere – not sure how amazon can be so far off the market on this one.

I liked the hot chocolate. It does not taste like the drink made with milk and shaved chocolate but it is very good to be an add water beverage.

Cafe Escapes Milk Chocolate hot cocoa is much better than the Dark Cocoa and far exceeds the other brands. If you find it in stock, buy as much as you can. This stuff is like gold, it only increases in value… after you taste the others!
