Certified organic by CCOF. Ground fresh. Decaffeinated Swiss water process. 100% Chemical free. After using the Swiss Water process to decaffeinated these bird friendly, high-altitude Arabica, we roast them in the French style. The result is an earthy, round, and satisfying cup. We are certified kosher by Vaad Hakashrus of Northern California.

Gave this as a gift to a dear friend who can’t tolerate caffeine, a real coffee lover who had always gone out of his way to buy and serve delicious rich and high roasted coffees. He reports this coffee is as good as any fresh roasted coffee. That said I’ll pick some up for myself to keep in the freezer for those who prefer decaf. This one is a winner.

With Subscribe & Save, I get this shipped to my own every few months for about $6.00 a bag. That is MUCH less than buying in stores, and this product has the added feature of being both organically grown coffee and decaffeinated using the Swiss Process which means no wierd chemical bath to remove the caffeine. We love the dark roast and find this a great complement to our regular coffee. Just be aware this is only a 10oz bag so will go a little quicker than the normal grocery size bags (16oz).
