Platinum Home Brewer. Keurig has done a very smart thing. They have been very systematic in their low end to high end coffee makers. You can see (and taste) the progression. The Platinum Brewer is a step up from the Special Edition brewer. It is their best single-cup brewing system for the home. You have five cup size options for home brewing. The Platinum features an automatic on/off switch, adjustable temperature control, and a digital clock. and a “set your favorite cup size” option, something the previous four models never had. The Platinum’s reservoir is almost double the size of the previous three models, and standard removable drip cup makes it easy to clean and to fill up a travel mug. You don’t want to miss this machine, and you’ll wonder why it took you so long to convert!
