It all began in 1993. Urban City Coffee Roasters started a grand love affair for creating incredible coffee blends with beans from around the earth. The founder at the time had a small coffee shop and decided that he wanted the sole creation of his coffees served to his customers, to be produced with his artful hands. He bought a small 10 pound roaster and in the middle of the night when the family was sleeping, he would begin to create.
